Perfect Pet WOOF Club Basic Membership Package
You are about to start the process to become a Basic Member of Perfect Pet WOOF Club:
 
  1. If you have multiple pets, please add each pet as a separate transaction to your shopping basket.
  2. By joining you are agreeing to commit to a 12 month payment schedule, and must keep up with the payments to retain your Membership and all included benefits. Payments will be taken on the same date each month.
  3. We will be in touch within 72 working hours (Monday to Friday only) of your enrolment to discuss your chosen package, register your pet(s) and arrange your first appointment.

Your WOOF Club Health & Wellness Basic membership will entitle your dog to the following:

  • Initial health check
  • Flea and worm treatment (as prescribed by your Veterinarian)
  • Access to low cost veterinary consults, treatment and surgeries (these are an additional cost)
 
Optional Add Ons:
 
  • Annual Health and Dental Check with Routine Vaccinations​ (excludes elective vaccinations such as Rabies)
  • Annual Wellness Check (to include blood sampling)
  • Dental Health Products
  • Annual Scale & Polish (under sedation)
  • Nail Clip & Anal Gland Expression Allowance (maximum of 6 nurse consults per year)

    • Your purchase is non refundable
    • There is a 28 day exclusion period for Veterinary care from the date of joining; this does not include flea, worming or dental health products.
    • Your initial commitment is for 12 months from the date of your first payment being made. Your instalments will continue thereafter unless cancellation is requested (with at least 30 days notice).
