If you are new to our family business, we run an established pet retreat, education and activity centre which offers a huge range of services including doggy day care, boarding for all types of pet, training and exercise programmes for you and your dogs, secure field hire, education, events and activity groups for people of all ages! We operate three social enterprises and all profits from both Animal Magic Family and Perfect Pet Club are used to fund them. Gift Box & Subscription Information
Please order your Christmas Hampers and Stockings by midnight on Sunday 8th December to ensure delivery by
Christmas Eve. Our whole collection of Perfect Pet Gift Boxes will be festive themed if ordered between
Wednesday 27th November and Sunday 15th December (the last date for general orders in 2024).
All products are available to be collected from Animal Magic Family Pet Retreat, hand delivered within a 25 mile radius or posted to any UK address. Please ensure you select the appropriate delivery or collection option for your order
at checkout and write any notes that you think may be applicable to your order in the field provided.

Subscription Information
If you opt in for our monthly subscription service, your first and subsequent boxes will be dispatched on the 1st (or the first Monday) of every month.
Standard subscriptions will be tailored to suit your ongoing requirements, so please remember to tell us which brands or products your pet would like.
Bespoke subscriptions will be created based on the personality and dietary requirements of your pet.
Surprise subscriptions will include products chosen by us,
and will differ each month.
Gift Information
Your gift purchase will be dispatched the next working day wherever possible. Please bear in mind that personalised items are hand made to order and will therefore take longer to reach you. If you need your gift by a certain date, please tell us in the notes field at checkout. We will contact you immediately if we are not able to meet your needs.
