By joining Perfect Pet Club you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions and Constitution for the duration of 12 months from the date your joining fee is paid:

• Read the Terms and Conditions in full.

• Read about our Member Community Fund.

• Join Perfect Pet Club by choosing the package most appropriate to your requirements.

• We will be in touch within 72 working hours (Monday to Friday only) of your enrolment to discuss your chosen package and register your pet(s). You will be asked to provide documents to allow us to assess your application for grant award and any pre-existing conditions your pet has. If you do not provide these within 14 days of joining, the maximum reimbursement you will receive for veterinary care relating to any health condition is 60%, unless you are using our Health & Wellness Centre where care is inclusive for conditions which do not exist at the time of joining.

• Your Member Welcome pack will be available to collect at your next appointment, or if you are staying with your existing vet, this can be posted to you for a fee of £2.50. It will contain confirmation of your personal benefits and exclusions, contact information for veterinary attention and all advisors; along with your payment and renewal dates. Please keep this pack safe for when you need to refer to it.

• Please note that once you have joined Perfect Pet Club refunds will not be issued so please ensure you have read all relevant information before purchasing a Membership.​​​​​
