By joining Perfect Pet Club you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions for the duration of 12 months from the date your joining fee is paid:

• Read the Terms and Conditions in full (below).

• Join Perfect Pet Club by choosing the package most appropriate to your requirements.

• One of our team will be in touch within 3 working days to register your pet, discuss your benefits and confirm arrangements for any products included in your package.

• Your Membership pack will be available to collect at your next appointment. It will contain confirmation of your personal benefits and exclusions, contact information for veterinary attention and all advisors; along with your payment and renewal dates. Please keep this pack safe for when you need to refer to it.

• Please note that once you have joined Perfect Pet Club refunds will not be issued so please ensure you have read all terms and conditions on this page and the information relating to your chosen package on the relevant product page.
