All new Members pay a joining fee which is double the amount of your chosen Membership Package. This fee is a one off cost, regardless of how many years you stay with us.

All Members have access to our 24/7 Pet Health & Wellness Advice Line - whether you are concerned about your pets health or have a lifestyle query such as behaviour or dietary issues, we will be on hand to help you.
