Enjoy peace of mind by having our veterinary and pet care professionals on hand to ask for advice, 24/7. Your Membership also includes eligibility to access our Emergency Care Fund, ensuring that your pet can be treated immediately at any UK vet, regardless of cost.

Health & Wellness Care Anywhere Basics

​​

Sign up to our parasite prevention plan and receive monthly deliveries for your pets flea and worming treatments. Our preferred brands are Simparica Trio and Droncit for dogs, and Stronghold Plus and Droncit for cats. When used in conjunction, you will be assured that your pet is protected from harmful parasites all year round. Please be aware that you will need to obtain a written prescription from your usual vet every 6 months to participate in this subscription.

This package also includes your pets annual health check with vaccinations. ​

Health & Wellness Care Anywhere Standard

 

Enjoy a safety net for new health conditions by choosing this as the perfect add on to your existing pet health plan, to use at any UK vet. Receive access to unlimited Consults, Diagnostics and Surgeries along with our 24/7 Advice Line.

 

If you don't have an existing pet health plan in place, you can add our Care Anywhere Basics package to your Standard package, receiving regular parasite treatment directly to your door along with your pets annual health check with routine vaccinations at any UK vet.

Health & Wellness Care Anywhere Premier

​

The ultimate peace of mind! In addition to the benefits of our Standard Membership, you will be eligible to receive reimbursement for veterinary recommended dental surgery, any medication prescribed by your vet, along with veterinary referred therapies such as physiotherapy and hydrotherapy.

Please note you must have paid at least 4 months of instalments before arranging any dental work or veterinary referred therapies (to be eligible for reimbursement).

​

If you don't have an existing pet health plan in place, you can add our Care Anywhere Basics package to your Standard package, receiving regular parasite treatment directly to your door along with your pets annual health check with routine vaccinations at any UK vet.

Please note that pet food, supplements and supplies are not covered by any of our Membership packages, but we can help with sourcing these at the lowest price possible.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE JOINING PERFECT PET CLUB

When Joining Us

​

Please be aware that we will need to assess your pets full veterinary history. You will need to ask your vet(s) to send this to: reception@animalmagicfamily.co.uk We will write to you within 7 days of receipt to tell you if any conditions are not eligible for inclusion. 

​

If your pet does not have any traceable veterinary history, especially within 2 years prior to joining, we will not cover any conditions which present themselves within 4 months from the date of joining; and if any conditions do arise within this timeframe they will not be covered for at least the first 12 months of Membership. This applies to pets of any age.

​

Pre Existing Conditions

​

Our Membership benefits do not extend to provide inclusive care or grant awards for any pre-existing conditions. Pre Existing Conditions are defined as any health condition which exists or has previously existed at the time of joining, or that develops within the 28 day exemption period. This includes conditions which have been suggested, are under investigation or have already been formally diagnosed by your vet; or otherwise known to you.

This is a blanket exemption for all new Members. However, if your pets condition is well managed we will reassess any exemptions for inclusion ahead of your year 2 renewal.

Breeding & Pregnancy

​

Our Membership benefits do not provide inclusive care or grant awards for any costs relating to breeding or pregnancy. This applies to both accidental and intentional pregnancies.

​

Exemption Period

​

The Crisis Care, Care Anywhere, Standard and Premier Memberships are subject to a 28 day exemption period. Your first eligibility date will be 29 days from the date of joining. This is in place simply to avoid our system being abused.

​

Grant Awards

​

You will receive grant awards for any healthcare services used. Award eligibility will be assessed on a means tested basis. If you prefer not to apply for means testing, the maximum grant award you will receive is 60% of any costs associated with veterinary specific healthcare, relevant to the Membership package you have chosen. You can either pay your vet at the time of treatment and submit an invoice to us for reimbursement, or if you will find it difficult to do this, contact us and we will arrange to pay on your behalf.

In most cases, grant awards are issued within 48 hours of receipt of invoice, but please be prepared to wait up to 28 days. If you would like to find out an accurate timeframe prior to using any veterinary service, please contact us.​​

Loyalty Programme

​

Unlike our competitors, one of the main benefits of being a Perfect Pet Club Member is that your allocated level of grant award will improve with time. Each year you renew (assuming there are no breaks in your Membership), your allocated award amount will increase by 10% until it reaches 100% - fully inclusive healthcare. This is simply because our aim is to ensure all animals have access to unrestricted healthcare, in return for one fixed monthly fee. We also plan to keep our Membership fees the same until at least 2030!
