You are about to start the process to become a Standard Member of Perfect Pet MIAOW Club:
- If you have multiple pets, please add each pet as a separate transaction to your shopping basket.
- Your first payment will include your Perfect Pet Club joining fee (this is a one off payment, regardless of how many years you stay with us) which is double the price of your normal monthly instalment.
- Taking your joining fee into account, subsequent payments will be half the price of your first payment, taken on the same date each month.
- By joining you are agreeing to commit to a 12 month payment schedule, and must keep up with the payments to retain your Membership and all included benefits.
- We will be in touch within 72 working hours (Monday to Friday only) of your enrolment to discuss your chosen package, set up your monthly direct debit and register your pet(s).
- A welcome pack will then be sent in the post containing all information relating to your benefits .

- Regular flea and worm treatment
- Annual health and dental check with routine vaccinations
- Annual wellness check
- Dental health products
- Neutering
- 24/7 Consultations for genuine health concerns
- 24/7 Pet health & wellness advice
- Complete veterinary treatment for any genuine health condition
- Dentistry (as a result of accident or illness only)
- Veterinary referred rehabilitation or alternative treatments
- Access to specialist advice from pet industry professionals
- Advertising to help find lost or stolen pets (if your pet strays or is suspected as stolen, please notify us and we will share a campaign on our social media)
- Invitation to attend our annual event
With MIAOW Club Health & Wellness Standard Pro:

- All regular food and supplies for your cat (please see the Club Pro Information tab)
Your MIAOW Club membership does NOT cover:
- Elective vaccinations such as Rabies
- Primary vaccination courses or restarted courses in the event of forgetfulness
- Microchipping
- Costs Relating to Breeding
- Holiday Boarding / Pet Care Services
- Grooming
- Holiday Cancellation Cover
- Loss of Use / Death
- Rewards for the finder if your pet is lost or stolen
- Quarantine Costs
- Loss of Pet Passport / Travel Certification

Perfect Pet MIAOW Club Standard Membership Package
- Your purchase is non refundable
- There is a 28 day exclusion period from the date of joining. Veterinary associated Membership benefits are not added until this period has lapsed
- Your initial commitment is for 12 months from the date of your first payment being made. We will contact you 4 weeks before your renewal date to discuss the following years Perfect Pet Club Membership but are under no obligation to continue with your Membership at this point.

This can include:

During your welcome call we will discuss your requirements and tailor your package to suit. Your first delivery will be dispatched on your required date; thereafter all monthly deliveries will be dispatched on the first working day of each month (to arrive the following day).
