You are about to start the process to become a Member of Perfect Pet NEIGH Club:
 
Ensure you have read the Constitution of our Club which can be found at: https://www.nationalpethealthservice.co.uk
Select the package which most suits your needs. If you have multiple horses, please add each one as a separate transaction to your shopping basket
Your first payment will include your Perfect Pet Club joining fee (this is a one off payment, regardless of how many years you stay with us)
Subsequent payments will be half the price of your first payment, taken on the same date each month
By joining you are agreeing to commit to a 12 month plan, and must keep up with the payments to retain your Membership and all included benefits.
Once you have joined, please visit https://www.nationalpethealthservice.co.uk to complete the registration form for our National Pet Health Service. One form must be completed per pet.
We will be in touch within 48 hours of receiving your purchase and completed form(s) to discuss your chosen package. 
A welcome pack will then be sent in the post containing all information relating to your benefits 
 
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIRD PARTY LIABILITY COVER WILL NOT BE INCLUDED AS A BENEFIT UNTIL WE ACHIEVE PRA AND FCA APPROVAL. ALL MEMBERS WILL BE UPDATED WHEN THIS BENEFIT IS ADDED (AT NO ADDITIONAL COST)
