You are about to start the process to become a Basic Member of Perfect Pet MIAOW Club:
- If you have multiple pets, please adjust the quantity before adding to your shopping basket.
- By joining you are agreeing to commit to a 12 month payment schedule, and must keep up with the payments to retain your Membership and all included benefits. Payments will be taken on the same date each month from the date you join.
- We will be in touch within 72 working hours (Monday to Friday only) of your enrolment to discuss your chosen package, register your pet(s) and arrange your welcome appointment. You will be asked to provide documents to allow us to assess your application for grant award and any pre-existing conditions your pet has. If you do not provide these within 14 days of joining, any conditions which exist at the time of joining will not be covered at all; and the maximum reimbursement you will receive for veterinary care relating to any health condition is 60%.
- Your welcome pack will be available to collect at your first appointment. If you would like this posted, a £2.50 postal fee will apply.
- The outcome of your grant application and pre-existing conditions assessment will be sent via email within 7 days of receipt.

Your MIAOW Club Health & Wellness Basic membership will entitle your cat to the following:
- Unlimited vet consultations
- Unlimited nurse consultations
- Nail Clips
- Anal Glands
- Monthly flea and worm treatment (as prescribed by your Veterinarian)
- Annual health, wellness and dental check with vaccine booster
- Access to low cost treatment and surgeries (these are an additional cost on the Basic package. If you prefer to have access to these included on your package, please choose our Standard or Premier package instead)
Your WOOF Club membership does NOT cover:
- Emergency or out of hours care
- Elective vaccinations such as Rabies
- Microchipping
- Primary vaccination courses or restarted courses in the event of forgetfulness
- The treatment or associated costs of any health condition
- Injuries sustained by working dogs in training, sport or competition
- Costs Relating to Breeding
- Holiday Boarding / Pet Care Services
- Grooming
- Holiday Cancellation Cover
- Loss of Use / Death
- Rewards for the finder if your pet is lost or stolen
- Quarantine Costs
- Loss of Pet Passport / Travel Certification
Monthly Payment Breakdown
Your £28.00 monthly payment is broken down and allocated as follows:
£ 13.14 Flea and Worming Treatment (please note, this is an average across all weights of cat)
£ 4.17 Annual Health, Wellness & Dental Check to include DHP and / or Lepto 4 vaccinations
£ 4.30 Contribution to the running of our vet and nurse consultations
£ 0.79 Card Transaction Fee
£ 5.60 VAT

Perfect Pet MIAOW Club Basic Membership Package
- Your purchase is non refundable.
- Your initial commitment is for 12 months from the date of your first payment being made. Your instalments will continue thereafter unless cancellation is requested (with at least 30 days notice).
- Please ensure your contact and veterinary details are kept up to date at all times by emailing any amendments to: reception@animalmagicfamily.co.uk
- Flea treatment is dispensed per dose, whether this is monthly or quarterly (brand dependant).
- Wormer is dispensed every 6 months unless your Veterinarian recommends otherwise.
- FeLV/RCP vaccines are included in the package. A small fee of £20.00 will be charged for restarted courses or if your pets booster is due within a month of your joining date.
