We will never pack damaged products into your order; therefore if any item arrives damaged it will be the courier at fault - who we can claim compensation from, so please let us know if you experience any issues so we can inform the company immediately.

You will need to pay the postage fee for any returns.
** This item can be available for collection from Animal Magic Family Pet Retreat 7 days a week.
