Perfect Pet HOP Club Membership Packages
You are about to start the process to become a Member of Perfect Pet HOP Club:
 
  1. Ensure you have read the Constitution of our Club which can be found at: https://www.nationalpethealthservice.co.uk
  2. Select the package which most suits your needs. If you have multiple pets, please add each pet as a separate transaction to your shopping basket.
  3. Your first payment will include your Perfect Pet Club joining fee (this is a one off payment, regardless of how many years you stay with us) which is double the price of your normal monthly instalment.
  4. Taking your joining fee into account, subsequent payments will be half the price of your first payment, taken on the same date each month.
  5. By joining you are agreeing to commit to a 12 month plan, and must keep up with the payments to retain your Membership and all included benefits.
  6. Once you have joined, please visit https://www.nationalpethealthservice.co.uk to complete the registration form for our National Pet Health Service. One form must be completed per pet.
  7. We will be in touch within 72 working hours (Monday to Friday only) of receiving your purchase and completed form(s) to discuss your chosen package and set up your monthly direct debit.
  8. A welcome pack will then be sent in the post containing all information relating to your benefits

Your HOP Club Health & Wellness Standard membership will entitle your bunny to the following:

  • Regular flea and worm treatment
  • Annual health and dental check with routine vaccinations
  • (elective vaccinations are not covered)​
  • Consultations for genuine health concerns
  • Complete veterinary treatment for any genuine emergency or health condition
  • The cost of Prescriptions and Dental Treatment
  • Neutering
  • Bereavement Counselling
  • Access to Specialist Advice from Pet Industry Professionals
  • Advertising to help find Lost or Stolen Pets
  • Invitation to attend our Annual Event with AGM

Your HOP Club Health & Wellness Standard Pro membership will entitle your bunny to the following:

  • All regular food and supplies for your bunny (please see the Club Pro Information tab)

Your HOP Club membership does NOT cover:
​
  • Elective vaccinations
  • Primary vaccination courses or restarted courses in the event of forgetfulness 
  • Microchipping
  • Injuries sustained by working animals in training, sport or competition
  • Costs Relating to Breeding
  • Holiday Boarding
  • Grooming
  • Holiday Cancellation Cover
  • Loss of Use / Death
  • Rewards for the finder if your pet is lost or stolen
  • Quarantine Costs
  • Loss of Pet Passport

    • Your purchase is non refundable
    • There is a 28 day exclusion period from the date of joining. Veterinary associated Membership benefits are not added until this period has lapsed.
    • Your initial commitment is for 12 months from the date of your first payment being made. We will contact you 4 weeks before your renewal date to discuss the following years Perfect Pet Club Membership but are under no obligation to continue with your Membership at this point.

    Your Food & Supplies Allowance

     

    This can include:

     

    • Premium Hay / Readigrass
    • Nuggets / Muesli
    • Forage / Treats
    • Bedding
    • Fresh Vegetables

     

    During your welcome call we will discuss your requirements and tailor your package to suit. Your first delivery will be dispatched on your required date; thereafter all monthly deliveries will be dispatched on the first working day of each month (to arrive the following day).
