Our 24/7 Pet Health & Wellness Advice service is every pet owners ultimate peace of mind! Our dedicated team of veterinary and pet care professionals will always be on hand when you need us. If we are unable to provide an answer to your query at the time of your call, we will take as much information as we can and get back to you within 24 hours.

If you select "30% First Month", your intitial payment will cover one month's access to our 24/7 Pet Health & Wellness Advice service. 7 days before your service is due to expire we will email a link for you to set up your ongoing subscription. You are under no obligation to continue at this point, and if you do your subscription can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel during an active month, your access will continue until the date your next payment would have been due.
 
If you select "50% First Year", you will receive access to our 24/7 Pet Health & Wellness Advice service for one calendar year. 
 
Once you have checked out, you are free to contact us at any time by calling 0330 043 4550 and selecting Option 5 (24/7 Advice).
 
Please note that all calls are limited to 10 minutes in duration, and if resolving your query involves more time than this we will carry out the necessary research and either call you back or send an email with your solution within 24 hours.
 
If your pet has an emergency we will stay on the line to offer guidance until help arrives or you are able to organise a visit to a veterinary practice local to you.
 
For health concerns, your Pet Health Correspondant (who will be a qualified* vet or nurse, depending on the nature of your concern) may ask you to send a photograph, video or to join a video call, to allow them to help to the best of their ability.
 
Refunds will not be given under any circumstance.
