- This subscription is provided on a rolling month basis.
- Once you have checked out, you are free to contact us at any time by calling 0330 043 4550 and selecting Option 5 (24/7 Advice).
- Please note that all initial calls are limited to 10 minutes in duration, and if resolving your query involves more time than this we will carry out the necessary research and either call you back or send an email with your solution within 24 hours.
- If your pet has an emergency we will stay on the line to offer guidance until help arrives or you are able to organise a visit to a veterinary practice local to you.
- For health and behavioural concerns, your Pet Health Correspondant (who will be a qualified* vet or nurse, depending on the nature of your concern) may ask you to send a photograph, video or to join a video call, to allow them to help to the best of their ability.
- You are free to cancel at any time, but please be aware that refunds will not be given under any circumstance.
